Wild Pear Leaves

A caffeine free tea made from the leaves of wild pear trees. This refreshing brew produces a dark red liquor that is refreshing and light on the tongue, and for those risk-takers it produces a wildly unusually tarte brew when left for around 5 minutes to infuse. Great as a post-meal drink and as a late-evening hot drink that won't keep you awake.

Brewing parameters:

4-6 grams of tea using 95-98 degree water.

Brew up to 4 times in a larger pot of around 350ml.
