About Tea Rebel

Hello, I'm Tea Rebel. I've been working in, writing about tea and producing content about tea for several years. Previously a blogger and tea instagrammer @tea_rebel, I worked with tea brands through content creation, social media account management and ran my own blog full of reviews of tea both good and bad alike. After launching another company's tea brand from a physical premises in Bristol, UK, I thought I'd try and do it myself, converting my tea "influencer" side-hustle into a fully-blown tea business. 

I realised I was at my happiest when providing tasting sessions for people, hosting events and being involved in tea judging contests (at This is Tea London), so it seemed natural to switch to running my own tea business. My aim is to bring the best teas from all over the world to you. I've had my fair share of good, great, mediocre and gross teas alike, which has made me respect the value of what it takes to make great tea. 

My aim is to find sustainably sourced, ethically traded tea through research as I continue my journey. Recent journalism has found certain labels promising ethical or Fairtrade tea do not always mean what they say (as I discuss in this article on my IG here: TeaRebel)

I will also look to host tea tasting events in Bristol, bringing life to a city that, as of yet, has no active tea scene.

This website will also be the home of my blog as I discuss my tea thoughts, travels and bring light to new and issues in the industry.
