Rolled Black Berry Leaves

These wild blackberry leaves, picked, dried, not unlike how certain teas are produced, are vying for number 1 position of my favourite tisanes along with Fermented Mulberry leaves. Both are on hard rotation when it comes to a relaxing post-meal digestif and as a good-night drink. These blackberry leaves are calming, easing my body into relaxation at night time.

Brewing parameters:

4-6 grams of tea using 95-98 degree water.

Brew up to 4 times in a larger pot of around 350ml.
